Refund Policy

JUST KEEP FAITH AND RELAXED WE HAVE A HASSLE FREE REFUND POLICY.

We have a hassle free 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a refund. If you are not satisfied with the product and delayed due to any reason we can also issue refund even after 7 days. Our motto is only to make our customers happy and comfortable either it is our products or policies.

To initiate a refund, Please Drop us a message to our WhatsApp chat support Or Mail us at care@kiandkukidz.com Our team will reach you within 24 hrs. ( Please mail us with your registered mobile no. with order Id). We will arrange a reverse pickup for your order and once the product will be picked by our courier partner we will initiate a refund to your original payment mode. The maximum liabilities of refund is the product cost paid by the customer at our end.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, Then please write a mail to us at care@kiandkukidz.com with the images or pictures of the items that you have received, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges 
Request for return by Email us at care@kiandkukidz.com. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the order and once picked up the order a fresh item will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
